On this page
Every TV in the map runs SAF OS, a smart TV home screen. Walk up to a TV, use it, and everyone in the room watches with you. Videos, radio and web pages play at the same spot for every player nearby, with sound that fades with distance.
What it does
| Feature | What players get |
|---|---|
| Synced playback | Everyone nearby sees and hears the same thing at the same moment |
| Use the TV itself | The camera frames the screen. Point, click, scroll and type on it, or use the arrow keys like a remote |
| Apps | Vinewood Video (YouTube), Weazel News and CNT channels, Eyefind browser, Radio, Media Player, Settings |
| Live TV | Paste an IPTV playlist (.m3u) into the Media Player for a channel guide with logos and search |
| Home screen | Rows of videos, a top shelf for the current app, a clock and a screensaver |
| Placeable TVs | Four TV items players set up on floors, tables, shelves or walls. Saved across restarts |
| No API keys | YouTube search and rows go through your server, with no key, and are cached |
| Showcase tour | One key makes the TV drive itself through every app, for recording a trailer |
Apps
The home screen apps are set in Config.Apps. Each app has a kind: video
browsing, a channel-style feed built from a search, a web browser, the radio, a link player or settings. You
can rename, reorder and recolour them, or add your own feed and web apps.

Radio
Eight stations named after the in-game radio. Each one plays whatever live stream tops its search, so a station never goes stale.
