Cases per code: total, open, cheater, false positive
acstats is the command to run during the shadow week. A code with many false positives needs tuning before
you leave shadow mode.

Cases to mark as cheater or false positive, and false positives per code
Bans
Every ban with its id, reason and expiry, and unban
